Hey all! It’s been a crazy February! Not only did my Kickstarter get funded (woo hoo!) and now I get to start the process of getting the enamel pins printed, carded, and shipped out, but I also have a couple of upcoming events I’m dropping artwork off for! Take a look:Read more “Upcoming Events for March, 2019”
In my work with hasOptimization, sometimes I pick up graphic design projects. While not all of them are considered “fun” or even time consuming, some can be really, really exciting. For one of our clients, he was going to be starting a new escape room officially licensed for Evil Dead 2™. He needed some marketing materials. I was glad to oblige!Read more “Designs for Evil Dead 2™ Themed Escape Room”
I have just started a Kickstarter (Live TODAY) to attempt to create my very first ever soft enamel pins. I’ve always wanted to make something like this, and finally decided and came up with a design that could easily be converted into an enamel pin!
In the original Blade Runner, Gaff folds up tiny origami animals. By the end of the film, he leaves a tiny origami unicorn in front of Deckard’s front door, implying the he knew about Deckard’s dreams of a unicorn, leaving years and years of debate in the fandom over whether or not Deckard himself is a replicant.
When K visits Gaff in Blade Runner 2049, Gaff folds up an origami sheep, which is a reference to the title of the book the Blade Runner universe is based upon – Philip K. Dick’s “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”
Since the origami unicorn has been produced by many others, I would like to produce the first origami sheep lapel pin! But don’t worry… The origami unicorn is a stretch goal. 🙂

Every year I draw a portrait of my OC Azra.
I mean I draw him a lot anyway, but I make a point of drawing him as the first drawing of the new year. A few reasons for this. My first being is his birthday is January 1st! I conceived of this fella on December 31st, 2001 into January 1st, 2002 while I was on the phone with a friend while babysitting. Yup. He is 18 years old this year! What a guy what a guy.Read more “My Yearly Tradition of a Portrait”
